Financial transparency consent
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This page states what Crosswalk Technologies, Inc. may observe about financial and payment behavior on the panel, and what clients receive. It is part of panel consent, with the Privacy Policy, Tracking consent transparency, and Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not install the software, or uninstall it and send a deletion request.
What this consent covers
When you join the panel, clickstream may include visits to banks, credit providers, trading platforms, insurers, payment processors, and retailers at checkout. That is digital behavior on sites you chose to open. It is Layer A.
We use it to operate the panel and to build aggregated audience products (Layer B), for example how an audience indexes on banking, credit, trading, insurance, or a retailer.
We do not use Layer A or Layer B to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing. The products are not consumer reports.
What we do not collect
We do not collect Social Security numbers. We do not collect full account numbers, routing numbers, card PANs, CVVs, PINs, or banking passwords. We redact emails, reset tokens, account IDs, and other sensitive query parameters from URLs on device or at ingest.
A shipped client file never contains your name, billing address, payment credentials, or which card you hold as a personal record.
What clients receive
Clients receive de-identified, aggregated group statistics. They may see that an audience indexes high on a bank, a credit brand, a trading platform, or a retailer. They do not receive your statements, your card list, or you as a row.
We do not sell your personal information as an individual record. Layer B is not sold raw. We will not re-identify it. De-identified data.
Corporate transactions
If Crosswalk sells, merges, finances, or reorganizes, Layer A may transfer with the business under the Privacy Policy. That is not a sale of your personal information as an individual record to a marketing client.
Age
The panel is for adults by default. Under-18 collection requires parental or guardian consent, and only where legal. Under 13 requires verifiable parental consent. See COPPA and Parental consent.
