What you are consenting to

Crosswalk Technologies, Inc. may collect your panel record (Layer A) from the device and browser where the software is installed: contact details you give us, device data needed to run the panel, and clickstream (URLs, timestamps, and related digital events). We use that record to operate the panel, honor your rights, and build aggregated audience products.

Clients do not receive you as a row. We do not sell your data as raw clickstream. Clients receive it only in our aggregated dashboard products. We do not sell your personal information as an individual record. We will not re-identify those files. Details: De-identified data.

You are consenting for yourself, or as a parent or legal guardian for a named minor where that collection is legal. You are not consenting for everyone else who might use this device.

Age

The panel is for adults by default. Under-18 collection requires parental or guardian consent, and only where legal. Under 13 requires verifiable parental consent. See COPPA and Parental consent.

If others use this device without consent, uninstall the software or contact privacy@crosswalknyc.com.

What we do not do

We do not collect Social Security numbers. We do not use captured data to determine eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, or housing. We do not use genetic information for forensic genetic genealogical DNA analysis. We do not use panel clickstream to serve you ads on Crosswalk properties as a named person.

Why we track

Clients pay for how groups behave online: what they watch and listen to, what they search, and what they buy, at the brand and category level. That is our aggregated dashboard products. It is not sold as raw clickstream. It is not sold as your individual record. Full list: What we track and why.
